By using EKSUCart, you agree to the following:

• 🔸 EKSUCart is a student-powered platform aimed at building our own economy within EKSU.
• 🔸 All purchases are subject to confirmation via WhatsApp between buyer and seller.
• 🔸 We currently operate on a payment on delivery basis within EKSU.
• 🔸 EKSUCart is not liable for any direct disputes between buyers and sellers. However, we may step in to mediate where necessary.
• 🔸 Product listings are created by fellow EKSU students and are subject to availability.
• 🔸 Any attempt to defraud or scam others through the platform will result in permanent ban and possible legal action.
• 🔸 There are no refunds.

These terms are subject to change as we grow the movement together.
