3. Orders, Pricing, and MOQ

• Some products require minimum order quantities (MOQ) and tier pricing.
• Product availability may change; we aim to keep stock status accurate.
• Prices and fees may be updated; the checkout amount at the time of purchase is what applies.

4. Fulfilment and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics constraints.
• We may use third-party logistics partners.
• Delivery confirmation may be required before resolutions are processed.

5. Fees

The platform may charge fulfilment-related fees (e.g., movement, packaging, trade assurance) to support logistics, reliability, and marketplace protection. Fees may be flat or calculated based on rules displayed at checkout.

6. Returns and Disputes

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Disputes must be filed within the stated window and supported with evidence. Eksucart may decide outcomes based on verified proof from buyers, suppliers, and logistics records.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, fake claims, or manipulated proof.
• Abuse of suppliers, riders, or customer support.
• Attempting to bypass platform processes for payment or order fulfilment.
• Uploading illegal or infringing content.

8. Supplier Rules

• Suppliers must maintain accurate listings and stock status.
• Suppliers may be reviewed and approved before going live.
• Repeated issues may lead to delisting or suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eksucart provides the platform “as is” and limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, business interruption, or vendor resale outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
